Terms and Conditions:

Service appointment and the pick up/drop off service needs to be booked separately by customer.
The pick up/drop off service is included in your standard annual vehicle service package.
Covers up to 4 pick-up and drop-offs, for the standard 15,000Kms services or up to 4 years (as per service package. Whichever comes first).
Pick up and drop off service needs to be booked 24 hours in advance.
Available within Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Fujairah only.
Vehicles will be taken to the service centre within the same emirate.
Maximum wait time at customer’s location is 30 minutes.
Any cancellation of pick up booking needs to be mandatorily communicated to the team.
