As Chief Executive Officer for the last 28 years at Al Nabooda Automobiles, one of the leading automotive companies in the region, Mr. Rajaram has been instrumental in driving growth and setting new standards for success in the industry. His extensive experience and impressive track record have earned him recognition as one of the most influential business leaders in the region.

Under his leadership, Al Nabooda Automobiles has consistently expanded and invested in its business. The company takes pride in showcasing some of the world's largest showrooms for Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche, along with comprehensive service centers.

An extremely influential business leader with close connections to top stakeholders in the government, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives, Mr. Rajaram continues to drive success in the automotive industry while also inspiring future generations of leaders. He values the people in his organization above all else, recognizing that their hard work and dedication are the driving forces behind the company's success. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Rajaram is also an avid motorbike enthusiast and family man. As our COO, Victor's role is to oversee the overall operations of our company, supporting our brands and ensuring all areas of the business run smoothly. Besides his strong focus on maximizing revenues and efficiencies across the company, Victor's role also involves considering the strategic long-term feasibility and growth of the overall business, which is essential amid the current changing times of the automotive industry.

Prior to joining Al Nabooda in 2023, Victor had been an executive of the Volkswagen Group for 22 years, where he spent several years at its headquarters in Germany and was also based in India, South America, and Dubai. That journey allowed him to work with many importers and multiple dealerships.

As a graduate engineer from the UPC University in his native Barcelona, Victor enhanced his education with a management program at MIT. Besides various sports, Victor is, unsurprisingly, a car enthusiast and keen driver. However, his real passion since childhood has been motorbikes.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Haja Maideen oversees the entirety of the organization's financial operations, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted efficiently and in alignment with the company's goals. His responsibilities encompass key areas such as accounting, where he ensures accurate and timely financial reporting; auditing, which involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations; treasury management, focused on optimizing cash flow and managing the organization's financial assets; corporate finance, which includes strategic investment planning and capital structure management; and investor relations, where he plays a crucial role in communicating the company's financial health and strategies to shareholders and potential investors. 

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Haja Maideen brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic business leadership, and corporate planning. His extensive experience in various sectors enables him to drive financial performance and contribute significantly to the overall strategic direction of the company. His leadership ensures that the financial strategies support the company's growth and sustainability, positioning it for long-term success in a competitive market. Through his guidance, the organization can navigate financial challenges and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and innovation.

As a Chief People Officer, Anja is deeply passionate about nurturing talent and fostering an inclusive work environment. She dedicates her efforts to giving visibility to individuals with potential, regardless of their starting point or career stage, believing that everyone deserves a chance to shine. 

Prior to joining Al Nabooda in 2024, Anja spent 20 years in the advertising industry. For the past 12 years, she served as the first female Marketing and PR Director at Volkswagen Middle East, where she spearheaded the development and execution of the brand's marketing strategy.

Mark dedicated over two decades to Porsche in the UK, with the last ten years serving as Group General Manager for Porsche Retail Group. Seeking to explore other brands, he transitioned to Mercedes Benz Retail Group as Aftersales Director, overseeing nine facilities in North London. After several years, he was presented with the opportunity to develop and expand the Lexus brand in North London, where he excelled as Operations Director for seven years.

However, Mark's passion for Porsche remained strong. Fortuitously, he was invited to oversee three Porsche facilities in Saudi Arabia, where he spent six remarkable years growing both the business and the team, while also adding Bentley and Lamborghini to the company's portfolio. Subsequently, he found himself settling in Dubai and the Northern Emirates with ANA, continuing his journey with the brand he loves—Porsche.

At home, Mark cherishes two beautiful classic Porsche 911s, which he dreams of driving across Europe one day.

Jan has already been living in 9 countries and found his destination in sunny and buzzing Dubai.

After the banking and toy industry he started his 20+ years automotive journey right away on a managerial position in Volkswagen's Skoda brand headquarters. He was later sent as a Marketing Director to Volkswagen China, the market leader in the world's largest car market. 

From there he stepped up to leadership positions at Fiat Chrysler where he was member of the Asia Pacific executive committee and later Managing Director of Fiat Germany.

What truly enriches the Executive MBA holder's experiences is that the second half of his automotive live has been with large dealer groups in the Middle East. First in Riyadh, then Kuwait and finally Dubai where he was running the BMW and MINI brands.

For Jan the products are very important, but much more it's the people. He always tries to install an open minded and positive workplace atmosphere - fully dedicated towards the customers, ensuring smiles through the right processes and attitudes.
His benchmark is less the traditional automotive industry but rather modern 5 star hotels that manage to create a certain wow-effect.

After work Jan can't help but still think cars; he is passionate about motorsports, sim racing and joins car meetings whenever possible to talk with fellow enthusiasts.

Vukasin is a results-driven business leader and a true champion of growth, transformation, and success in the competitive automotive industry. With nearly 20 years of experience, including a decade in leadership roles, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in building and nurturing talented teams. Vukasin surrounds himself with individuals who question the status quo, ensuring that innovation and creativity are at the forefront of his approach. He prioritizes rapid, data-driven decision-making and focuses on achieving SMART goals, enabling his teams to deliver exceptional performance consistently.

Vukasin holds Master of Science degrees in entrepreneurship and organizational leadership from prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris and Belgrade University. He leverages his robust educational background with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, blending academic insights with hands-on industry experience. His leadership style promotes cross-functional collaboration, encouraging teams to work seamlessly across departments, which drives business growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture. Vukasin's commitment to fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation makes him a pivotal figure in steering organizations towards long-term success and sustainability.

With an impressive 18 years of experience working with major automotive manufacturers, Mahmoud leads the Group Aftersales at Al Nabooda Automobiles. He is responsible for ensuring seamless support in areas such as body shop, car care, and logistics across all brands the company handles. Mahmoud's extensive expertise allows him to lead his team with confidence, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Together, they are dedicated to delivering top-notch services, making sure that every customer receives exceptional support. This commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in the attention to detail and the comprehensive care provided in the body shop, car care, and logistics services across all brands. Mahmoud's leadership ensures that Al Nabooda Automobiles remains a top choice for automotive aftersales service.

Rana Raad is a highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in risk management, internal auditing, and corporate governance within public and regional companies. She holds an Executive MBA and a Master's degree in Computer & Communication Engineering, and has completed executive education in Risk Management for Corporate Leaders at Harvard Business School. Rana also holds risk management certifications from LSBF and AAIFM. She is recognized for her expertise in developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to corporate success through effective audit management and policy formulation.

I have been privileged to be a part of the Al Nabooda Automobiles family for over 15 years now, and it has been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and success.

Starting as a CRM specialist, I quickly rose through the ranks to become the head of CRM and Contact Centre operations. It has been an exciting ride, where I have had the opportunity to work closely with both customers and employees.

My main focus has always been on operational excellence. I firmly believe that by ensuring our processes are efficient and effective, we can deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction. This has been my driving force throughout my time at Al Nabooda Automobiles.

As a leader, I always strive to maintain a keen eye on processes and identify areas for improvement. By doing so, we have been able to stay ahead of industry trends and constantly evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Today, I am proud to say that our contact centre is not just another department within the company, but a passionate and positive hub that puts the customer at its core.

Ebrahim is a seasoned Chief Information Officer with 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. With over two decades in the automotive sector, he brings a wealth of expertise in leveraging technology to drive innovation and operational excellence. Ebrahim has a proven track record of aligning advanced technology with business strategies, particularly in ERP, Dealer Management System development and business applications.

He holds a master’s degree in Information Technology (1994, The Netherlands), specializing in software engineering, complemented by prestigious certifications in Information Security, Project Management, and IT Governance. His career spans both the Netherlands and the UAE, where he worked with leading software firms before transitioning into high-impact roles in digital transformation.

In his current role, Ebrahim leads strategic digital initiatives that drive substantial organizational change. He is responsible for developing and implementing the IT roadmap, ensuring our technology investments are aligned with business objectives to enhance efficiency across all operations.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with top automotive brands and technology firms to develop cutting-edge strategies that enhance sales, marketing, and overall customer experience. By utilizing agile methods and staying up-to-date on the latest Martech SaaS solutions, I have been able to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative use cases for the automotive industry.
