As our COO, Victor’s role is to oversee the overall operations of our company, supporting our brands and ensuring all areas of the business run smoothly. Besides his strong focus on maximizing revenues and efficiencies across the company, Victor’s role also involves considering the strategic long-term feasibility and growth of the overall business, which is essential amid the current changing times of the automotive industry.
Prior to joining Al Nabooda in 2023, Victor had been an executive of the Volkswagen Group for 22 years, where he spent several years at its headquarters in Germany and was also based in India, South America, and Dubai. That journey allowed him to work with many importers and multiple dealerships.
As a graduate engineer from the UPC University in his native Barcelona, Victor enhanced his education with a management program at MIT. Besides various sports, Victor is, unsurprisingly, a car enthusiast and keen driver. However, his real passion since childhood has been motorbikes.
