I have been privileged to be a part of the Al Nabooda Automobiles family for over 15 years now, and it has been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and success.

Starting as a CRM specialist, I quickly rose through the ranks to become the head of CRM and Contact Centre operations. It has been an exciting ride, where I have had the opportunity to work closely with both customers and employees.

My main focus has always been on operational excellence. I firmly believe that by ensuring our processes are efficient and effective, we can deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction. This has been my driving force throughout my time at Al Nabooda Automobiles.

As a leader, I always strive to maintain a keen eye on processes and identify areas for improvement. By doing so, we have been able to stay ahead of industry trends and constantly evolve to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Today, I am proud to say that our contact centre is not just another department within the company, but a passionate and positive hub that puts the customer at its core.
