Audi quattro Cup 2014 kicks off in Dubai with Al Nabooda Automobiles

6 March, 2014 – Amateur golf’s most renowned international tournament, the Audi quattro Cup has returned to the fairways of the UAE as more than 100 invited players took part in the first local round. Hosted by Al Nabooda Automobiles, the official dealer for Audi in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, the local tournament was hotly contested at the Els Club course and saw Craig Miller and Steve Pettigrew take home first place, followed by Anand Lakhiani and Tej Chhabra as runners up.

In 2013 Audi dealers from 52 different countries worldwide organized a total of 965 tournaments and over 100,000 amateur golfers participated. More than 1.4 million golfers have taken part in an Audi quattro Cup tournament during the last 23 years.
