Al Nabooda Automobiles displays show of strength in Sharjah

Dubai. Al Nabooda Automobiles showcased the Porsche brand in its full glory at the 12th edition of the Sharjah International Automobile Show, which opened today. Visitors arriving for the start of the four-day event at Expo Centre Sharjah found an impressive array of Porsche models  on display, including the new Cayenne, Boxster, Macan, Panamera and the 911 Turbo. Also under the show spotlight was the race-track-ready Porsche GT3 Cup car which has made Al Nabooda Racing a dominant team in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Middle East, the region’s leading racing series.

The show has also created a perfect platform for the sole distributor for Porsche in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, to underline its commitment to Sharjah. As part of a AED 120million investment, the company opened the new Porsche Centre Sharjah, which features a combined sales and after sales. H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qassimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of Sharjah Executive Council, officially inaugurated the new multi brand facility during its launch in May.

We’re here this week to reiterate the message that our investment in Sharjah is a pledge and a commitment that we are here to stay.” Located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road near the Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club, the Porsche Centre Sharjah features a 15,800 sq ft state-of-the-art showroom displaying the full model range, with a modern fitting lounge and dedicated Porsche Drivers Selection area as well as finance and insurance facilities. The centre also features a 33,000 sq ft service centre, which has 19 work bays and now handles more than 450 vehicles per month.
