National Sales Manager

  • To manage all vehicle sales processes for the brand in Dubai and NE. To achieve vehicle sales, finance sales, accessory sales volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the sales team and ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Analyse the overall business environment, including competitors, economical and political factors, and develop sales strategies for the Branch and ensure their implementation.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.
  • Shape and implement a customer strategy to retain and attract customers delivering a differentiating retail experience for private Porsche owners.
  • Provide input into the annual budget with effective strategies to enable achievement.
  • Build and sustain constructive relationships with major customers.
  • Have a thorough understanding of competitive activity, plans and strategies utilising this intelligence to shape local strategy.
  • Develop strong networks, both locally and nationally to raise awareness of, and develop a positive reputation for the business and brand.
  • To manage the mix and specification of new products based on sales trends, local market intelligence and the allocation and production constraints.
  • To maintain work relationships with the regional office & the factory in Germany
  • Establish core business standards and ensure that they, alongside the core brand standards are implemented consistently.
  • Monitor quality controls and ‘voice of the customer’ feedback systems (including complaint handling) which enable performance to be managed and reviewed regularly to continuously improve standards and consistency of performance.
  • Ensure that all ongoing finance and insurance terms and facilities are consistent with the achievement of financial and cost management targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the local market, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and targeted.
  • Continually review all infrastructure and resource requirements to underpin growth, drive down cost and improve efficiency, while maintaining customer service levels.
  • Recruit and select the sales team members in line with the organizational Porsche ME requirements.
  • Develop, guide, direct, motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with the Performance Management System to assist in the realisation of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills.
  • Overlook the management of all Porsche Showrooms
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of business direction and performance and have the opportunity to comment and question.
  • Develop a communication framework and related mechanism to ensure that all employees have access to the information required to do their job.
